The Role

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will serve as an advocate for our company by providing high-quality and welcoming interview experiences to each candidate. You will be an instrumental player on our people team assisting our recruiters and hiring managers with scheduling, updating records and data, and acting as a go to for our candidates throughout their interview process.

In This Role You Will

• Own interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams
• Assist with candidate sourcing while also becoming a subject matter expert in LinkedIn Recruiter
• Present ideas and process improvements to people team and hiring managers to increase efficiencies and create a positive candidate experience
• Post and update jobs on all platforms including our careers page, LI, Built in ,etc.
• Manage and audit our company pages across LinkedIn, Built in, etc.
• Support various hiring projects, such as talent pipeline strategy (via LinkedIn, Job Boards, and other alternative search techniques)
• Assist HR and Recruiting team with onboarding of new hires
• Manage an evolving pipeline of candidates across multiple roles and departments
• Research networking events for Paro recruiters and team members to attend to represent Paro to attract top talent

What You Bring To Our Team

• Minimum 1-year of experience in a coordinator or administrative role supporting a high volume environment (preferred search firm or in-house recruiting environment)
• Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks
• A leader who builds trust with internal stakeholders and candidates
• Professional verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Great attention to detail and a high degree of proactiveness
• Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, other social media, or technical forums is a huge plus
• Go with the flow attitude; we’re a fast-growing company where changes happen and you may be asked to do things outside of your day to day role
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
