About the Organisation

Partnering with a large Federal Government organisation, we currently have opportunities for two Recruitment Advisors to be part of a high profile talent acquisition program. Based in either Canberra or Sydney, both roles are max-term contracts for up to 12 months in length, offering flexibility to work from home options, and career progression opportunities for the right candidates.

About the Opportunity

You will be someone who is comfortable managing the delivery of talent acquisition solutions including candidate attraction, selection, assessment and management in-line with best practice methodologies, legislative and public sector guidelines. This program will look at volume recruitment for contract and permanent hires across mid to senior level roles (i.e. Policy or Program Managers, etc.)

These roles would suit Talent Acquisition Specialists looking to move into an internal function with a large complex organisation within the public sector.

About the Candidate

• Talent Acquisition professional, with experience managing volume recruitment for mid-senior level roles; preferably at State or Federal Government level
• Flexible and adaptable, who thrives working in fast paced, results driven environments
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and management skills, and collaborative team player with good attention to detail
• Hands on with a ‘can do’ attitude, process driven and solution focussed
• Exceptional communication, organisation and time management skills
