Construction Testing Solutions Hiring for Credit Controller Job at Doncaster, England Full Time

We are looking for someone that has excellent customer service skills and can build great working relationships with our customers to aid effective cash collection.

Day to day duties

• Assisting invoice/ payment queries internally and externally
• Work on CRM system to produce invoices, resolve invoice queries
• Set up new accounts on the accounting system
• Credit checking new/existing customers
• Issuing and processing credit notes
• Posting cash receipts, cash allocations
• Monitor and reconcile accounts under your responsibility
• Assist with implementing new procedures and policies to enhance cash collection processes
• Build great relationships with customers and our internal departments to aid cash collections and adapt collection styles accordingly
• Credit Control Ad-Hoc when required

Knowledge & Experience

We are looking for someone that has experience within Credit Control and can hit the ground running. Any knowledge around the Construction industry is advantageous but not a necessity.

Previous use of Sage 200 would be ideal or similar Finance/ Management software and good knowledge and utilisation of Microsoft package, particularly Excel.

Job Specifics

• Based in Doncaster
• Full Time, Permanent
• 40 hours per week
• Monday – Friday, 3 Days working from home, 2 Days in Doncaster Office
• 20 days holiday + Bank holidays (increasing to 23 days 2022 and 25 days in 2023)
• May be required to travel to other office locations from time to time
