Your Role

An exciting opportunity has now arisen and we are looking for an Internal Recruiterto join our busy and friendly HR team. You will be responsible for recruiting the best talent across a wide variety of roles ranging from Residential Support Workers to Registered Managers.

Main Responsibilities will include:

• Resourcing, interviewing and registering candidates, establishing their skill set and requirements and building up relationships
• Arranging telephone screenings and interviews
• Carrying out the relevant right to work checks on new starters including referencing and identity checks
• Use our job boards to search for the correct calibre of candidates
• DBS checks
• Advertising jobs on various job boards and managing candidate response
• Liaising with hiring managers at all levels and building a strong and professional working relationship

What you need to succeed

• You will need at least 1 year working in recruitment, agency or in-house in a fast-paced capacity
• Experience using job boards
• Exceptional organisation skills
• Expert Excel user
• Good social media skills, experience with using LinkedIn on a professional basis
• Experience working in the Social Care sector is desirable
