Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for managing recruitment across multiple clients within our NSW sites. We’re looking for an outside-the-box thinker. A team player. A passionate, people-orientated team member. Someone with strong communication skills and a thorough understanding of recruitment or HR practices. More importantly, someone who understands and has a passion for volume recruitment.

This is a full-time internal role with flexible work arrangements and can be based anywhere in Australia. Ideally, Melbourne or Sydney so you can eventually meet some of our team and eventually move in a hybrid model of working at home and in the office.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and overseeing the end to end recruitment across multiple campaigns.
• Liaising with TA Coordinators and Administrators to assist with your delivery.
• Providing guidance to hiring managers in regard to all areas of the recruitment process to ensure a consistent, fair, and defensible process.

Identifying, developing, and implementing recruitment practices and strategies to meet organisational and individual campaign needs.

• Assisting in additional recruitment-related projects and tasks to continuously improve the recruitment process.
• Assisting with other administrative duties throughout the process such as advertising, resume screening, phone screening, reference checking as required.
• Ensuring candidate care and experience is where it needs to be.

Skills & Experience:

• Volume recruitment experience hiring entry-level customer service roles (internal or agency).
• Experience working directly with key business stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to multi-task while ensuring a high standard of work to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong computer literacy and knowledge and experience using multiple systems and software.
• Can-do approach and willingness to help out team members.
