📢 URGENT HIRING – BACK OFFICE EXECUTIVE (TENDER EXECUTIVE)

💼 Job Role: Back Office Executive (Tender Executive)
💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month plus all company benefit like ta,da,pf,esi etc will be provided.

📊 Sales Support
Tender checking & analysis
Tender document preparation
Payment follow-up
Quotation preparation
PO & PI preparation
EMD & PBG follow-up
Email handling (information & marketing)
⚙️ Technical Support
Sending enquiries to vendors
Follow-up on enquiries
BOM (Bill of Materials) preparation
Quotation submission to clients
Order follow-up
Market price research (item-wise)
L1 price calculation
🎯 Requirements
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Good communication skills
Ability to handle documentation and follow-ups
Experience in tender or back-office work preferred
