Our sessions are always engaging and enjoyable, delivered by young tutors who are passionate about their subjects and can reignite that passion in your child.

Activate Tuition is looking for motivated, passionate and engaging young tutors, looking to gain teaching experience in a remote role.

This role is requires minimal previous experience, however some evidence of desirable skills or similar work may enhance your application. We are looking for someone able to engage with students and deliver content in an exciting manner. You need to be adaptable in your delivery method and diligent in your desire for self-improvement, as well as the desire to improve the ability of those you teach.

Benefits of the role include flexible hours that you can adapt to suit your schedule, entirely home-based working capabilities and a rewarding role working with children. Salary is variable depending on level taught, but you can earn up to £15/hour. Additional performance and commission-related bonuses are also available.

All you’d need to be perfect for the role is:

• A fun, adaptable and engaging communication style
• The ability to understand and convey key concepts of Primary and Secondary English in a captivating way
• To be a diligent and committed worker
• The ability to build relationships with people of different ages
• Understanding of key texts for Secondary level English is preferable, but not essential
