The Opportunity
As ‘Head of People & Culture’, you will act as a champion for company culture and help drive the company ethos and infrastructure on hiring, developing and retaining the deep-tech talent to support the company’s growth. We are in top gear to add more exceptional talent to our people strategy as we experience exponential growth.
You will manage a matrix structured People Team with specialists sitting across diverse departments with multiple need states, learning requirements, and motivations. You will help coordinate the People Vision while partnering with business leaders as well as helping to build and support People and Culture within their teams. Reporting to the VP of People and Culture this role will be responsible for all People, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development activities at the company.
Your strengths and contributions will be best demonstrated as a willing and skilled collaborator who is able to get the best out of the people around you. You’ll be managing our People team and partnering with all Leads and all Barajans to navigate and solve problems, grow, and learn as we progress towards our mission in building an autonomous future.
