About the role

We’ve had one of the team move internally, so now we’re looking for a TA Specialist to join us. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager ANZ, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of business units e.g Sales, Marketing, Direct to Consumer, Hospitality etc. You’ll enjoy progressive TA thinking, including using our assessment tool, Harver.

Note this is a contract role through to 30 June 2022, but there is a very strong chance the role will become permanent.

• Engage with the business to successfully deliver key talent in line with business need and demand forecasts
• Champion our inclusion and diversity strategy and challenge the notion of like-for-like hiring
• Create exemplary candidate and hiring manager experiences
• Utilise a variety of sourcing channels and technologies to uncover, manage, nurture and deliver talent
• Ensure consistent application of relevant HR policies and processes
• Support project initiatives across EVP, technology, process and I&D in line with our F22 TA strategy

About you

We are searching for a motivated individual who is solutions focused and strives to deliver an outstanding experience! You’ll be someone who enjoys a hands-on role and will be able to roll up your sleeves to deliver in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. We’re open to either internal or agency recruitment and have a preference for experience recruiting sales and marketing or for retail/FMCG/consumer businesses.

• Confident in running end-to-end recruitment, ideally within commercial and fast-paced environments
• System savvy and able to use multiple sources to uncover talent
• High levels of self-motivation – you’ll strive to exceed business needs and objectives
• Structured, organised and bringing a methodical approach to work
• Able to navigate ambiguity effectively – flexible and agile to adapt to changing business needs
• Superb stakeholder management and relationship building skills
