Job description

We are seeking a candidate to manage a small lettings portfolio. We are a small independent company for both sales and lettings with a team of 6 staff. The job role can extend from just property management to valuations. The property management side is organising trades people to interact with the tenant and landlord requirements through to valuing property for rental, taking the property on and according to experience serving section notices. No finance accounting would be involved. Pay is according to experience.
