We are currently recruiting for a Production Workers to join our Plant 3 Manufacturing team.

The production worker is responsible for operating machines and equipment on the cutting line while meeting safety, quality, and production targets. The production worker is responsible for assisting with the conveyor style operations with high standard of quality.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in a manufacturing setting and demonstrated multitasking ability in a multi-cultural workforce. They will bring knowledge of flow-line production and lean manufacturing in the manufacturing industry.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Worker responsibilities will include:

Operating machinery and equipment on our tempering line.

Assisting on washer machine

Able to lift 40-50 Ibs

Ensuring all necessary manufacturing and quality procedures are followed.

Ensuring all Safety protocols are followed

Multi-tasking on the production line

Other duties as required

Qualifications include:
High School or GED is required.

Manufacturing experience is an asset. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Good English communication skills (written & verbal)

Ability to work under minimal supervision

Must have exemplary organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Must be able to work over-time required
