We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketer to develop and manage our digital ad campaigns for two new e-commerce ventures, as well as various online publications in the finance space.
This position is responsible for purchasing paid traffic from a variety of sources including native, display, and search to drive growth and profitable ROAs. You must be able to analyze results and outline the customer journey. The selected candidate will set-up, manage and optimize in-house campaigns of a variety of traffic and offer types, as well as various bidding methods.
You should have previous (and proven) experience building ad campaigns for e-commerce and/or dropshipping businesses.
**Analysis and optimization capabilities are key**
Salary: $45,000-$60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Requirements:
- Experience buying traffic onlinet through both Google Adwords, Facebook
- Experience buying lead gen campaigns with knowledge of how lead generation funnels work.
- Priority given to CPA affiliate experience
- Knowledge of Google analytics and other analytics software
- Accustomed to communicating using IM tools such as Skype, Slack, etc.
- Able to keep up with digital advertising and internet marketing trends
- Strong command of both written and spoken English
- Must be able to demonstrate previous cases of campaigns managed that had positive ROAS
- Experience in Click Funnels, HotJar, or other software is an asset
- Native Advertising buying experience is a major asset (ie RevContent, Outbrain, Taboola, Yahoo Gemini, Content.Ad, or an equivalent)
