Keystone Autism Services is seeking Community Support Professionals to join our team of professional in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.
The Community Support Professional exists to teach, coach and support individuals with autism so that they have opportunities for growth, meaningful life choices and become valued and contributing members of their communities. The person acts as an effective role model to support and assist individuals to have “everyday lives”. This includes meeting new people, developing friendships, finding and maintaining employment, exercising choice, maintaining activities of daily living and accomplishing personal goals.
This position has two levels (I & II); whereas, the Community Support Professional II adds a clinical focus and assists in implementing objectives consistent with Individualized Support Plans, skill development and evaluating and monitoring progress of determined goals.
