Robert Half Finance & Accounting are exclusively partnering with a Law Firm in central London who are looking for an immediate Accounts Assistant for a 3 month contract role.

Role:

As the Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for?

• Data entry
• Resolving queries, within and outside the firm eg. Staff/ Suppliers
• Office postings including bank reconciliations
• Purchase Ledger – processing invoices, making payments and sending remittances
• Processing Counsel Fee Notes
• Input payments
• Reconciling Supplier Statements
• Assist with year-end accounts production
• Assist with payment runs
• Assist with ad-hoc queries and reporting
• Requesting receipts for employee expenses and credit card postings
• Filing and administration of files
• Assist with day-to-day queries from fee earners

Profile:

The successful candidate will have 2+ years experience working within an Accounts Payable function and be immediately available.

Salary:

This Accounts Assistant role will be paying circa £14-15 per hour, dependant on experience
