Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in our Las Vegas, Nevada office. This position will support our Southwest Region – Las Vegas and Phoenix offices. Westwood has a highly experienced and dynamic team of individuals dedicated to providing high-level professional services to our clients.

Your Day to Day:

• The main focus will be recruiting and sourcing for multiple locations, including open and post job requisitions, screen resumes, coordinating interviews and interviewing, and assist with new employee integration.
• Responsible for Reporting to team and clients: Excel, ATS.
• Manage Applicant Tracking System to support workflow and processes.
• Work in a team environment and manage partnerships with several Recruiters and team members while being held accountable for individual growth targets.
• Utilize a high sense of urgency while working in a results-oriented environment.
• Provide excellent customer service through effective communication.
• Coordinate with Recruiters to better understand clients’ needs – Support Recruiting Team.
• Partner closely with the client for questions, support, and process management.
• Responsible for back-end support: offer letters, onboarding, and candidate experience.
• Collaborate with HR and Business Subject Matter Experts to understand business trends, requirements, objectives, and key operational metrics.
• Responsibilities may include analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of recruiting and staff development efforts.

Required Skills

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent (3+years) experience.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting and HR support.
• Strong ability to collaborate within a team to build and maintain relationships at multiple levels and across geographic office locations.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and negotiate deadlines with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office Suite – PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently and communicate information in writing and verbally.
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
