The Brink’s National Client Services (BNCS) department is dedicated to putting the customer at the centre of everything we do while ensuring we deliver Best in Class customer experiences! We are looking for individuals to join our team who are passionate about customers, like to solve problems and offer effective solutions.
As a member of the BNCS team, you will:

• Handle inquiries from our internal and external customers relating to our products and services via phone and email

• Trouble shoot technical issues with both customers and crew members on a wide range of issues critical to business continuance

• Engage with a variety of internal partners to find timely resolution on customer requests and concerns

• Work within a specified framework and processes to diagnose and resolve issues

• Execute the delivery of specific reports through the day

• Be engaged to support adhoc projects and be the primary point of contact for customer outreach

Qualifications

• A passion for delivering exceptional service

• A positive attitude and a desire to seek ways to improve processes and offer suggestions on how to make things better for all

• Experience in a Call Centre, Customer Facing role or Help desk environment (2 year minimum)

• Calm demeanor with the ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight timelines

• The ability to quickly pivot from a technical issue to a billing concern, a phone call to an email

• You are a team player who believes that we win as a team or not at all

• Some technical savvy and the ability to walk a customer through to a solution over the phone

• Effective communication skills both verbal and written – can deliver a message in a concise and easily digestible manner for a wide audience

• Ability to work in a 24/7/365 day operation where shifts are scheduled based on business needs

• Experience working with technology

• Bilingualism is an asset (French/English)
