As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will work collaboratively with on-site Recruitment Business Partners to deliver key talent for Newcrest Mining. Taking ownership of the sourcing you will set the strategy driven through a range of methods with a high focus on proactively approaching candidates and tapping into your broadening network whilst delivering value add insights to key stakeholders and hiring managers alike.

About You
