Salary range: From £39,260 to £48,383 per annum dependent on skills, experience and qualifications. This salary includes a 7.5% market supplement.

Regent’s is at the start of a journey to transform its business operations and the underlining processes and systems, rethinking the status quo of how technology can support efficiency and effectiveness of an organisation.
We are seeking a Software Developer to help support the University’s data-driven decision-making capability and digital transformation, with particular focus on supporting the introduction of a new CRM into the institution (Salesforce).
You will work in an agile-orientated environment to deliver business value, including the development and maintenance of existing solutions, alongside developing new solutions. You will be the Lead Developer for the Salesforce CRM project, whilst also developing the University’s “low code” / MS PowerApps strategy to digitise business processes. You will work closely with the Salesforce Technical Lead and the wider ITS department to ensure various projects are delivered to agree timescales, as well as working with colleagues from across the University to deliver on the University’s strategic aims. The ideal person will be someone who can showcase their previous involvement in rethinking the status quo to improve system and data integrations alongside service delivery, and the impact thereof on the student experience.
Experience of developing software solutions with a recognised object orientated language (C#, Java, etc¿) or a background in PowerApp / Low Code development is a requirement for this role, alongside experience in data integrations across multiple systems. Knowledge of CRM solutions is also a key requirement, and a background of Salesforce usage and development would be a plus.
You will be able to draw on your university-based experience to progress technical project deliverables, including a programme of continuous improvement encompassing of process diagnostic and design and be able to translate requirements between business and technical colleagues.
