This global multinational Legal Professional Services group, operating within the UK, Europe, US and Asia, is one of the largest firms in the world. With a reputation for delivering outstanding services and innovative product solutions, the business has established a track record for completing international assignments on behalf of a worldwide blue-chip client base. The group is currently seeking an eDiscovery Consultant to support the delivery of eDiscovery Services to clients and provide project support to the Legal team. A broad and varied brief includes:

• Ensuring projects are carried out to the best possible standard, within agreed timeframes, at an acceptable cost & in line with the eDiscovery Services team workflows & processes
• Supporting the delivery of technical & consultancy services to Legal teams & clients in e-Discovery, Data Management, Data Collection & Data Processing, Managed Document review, Electronic Trial preparation, Relevant Court Rules & Practice directions
• Delivering clear & proactive communication to Legal teams & clients
• Working in tandem with other team members, Legal teams & clients to provide advice & solutions for each stage of the EDRM
• Engaging with Case teams & clients on scoping projects & recommending appropriate workflows
• Managing large-scale eDiscovery projects including Document Review teams, from initial scoping through to trial, setting up complex workflows
• Offering technical & project support on all phases of a disclosure exercise
• Developing understanding of eDiscovery best practices & processes to provide consultative advice to stakeholders

As a graduate, ideally in a technical discipline including Computer Science, Information Security or Computer Forensics, you will demonstrate a strong technical understanding of eDiscovery and litigation support, with a minimum of 3 years e-Discovery project management experience with a service provider, consultancy, government agency or law firm. The role demands a strong understanding of database design, management and data processing, experience of Axcelerate or other eDiscovery platforms and in-depth knowledge of the EDRM and eDiscovery workflows and processes.

A professional and proactive approach, attention to detail and good analytical skills with the ability to support and influence key stakeholders are essential.
