As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be working in partnership with a number of key stakeholders in the business and assist in supporting the growing workforce. You will work strategically to ensure that the organisation has a continuous pipeline of talented individuals to join the business. You will utilise social media channels, job boards and proactive sourcing to enable you to attract talent from across the UK.

The successful candidate will be a key player in this team. As a team, you are also responsible for a number of talent acquisition projects – including increasing Diversity & Inclusion, increasing retention and reducing attrition.

The Role:

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand people strategy in line with business objectives.
• Ensure the most appropriate talent attraction techniques are in place so that there is a constant pool of exceptional talent.
• Shortlist, telephone screen and arrange interviews with hiring line managers

It is up to you to bring the brand to life! You will be involved in all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, from raising a vacancy to seeing a candidate through their onboarding, making sure you are creating joy for the candidates and hiring managers throughout their experience.

Your Experience:

• You will have worked in a fast paced multi site organisation
• You will be comfortable in a high volume recruitment role
• Knowledge of best practice and the ability to ensure this is followed
• Senior influencing and communication skills
• Ability to self manage and work to targets

• £25,000 – £30,000 basic salary
