Assist in the management and organization of a Plastic surgeon’s calendar by scheduling consultations, receiving and making calls and sending emails, managing diary, coordinating appointments, and manage and coordinate travel, transport and accommodation for both business and personal arrangements.

The candidate will need to spend time becoming familiar with all aspects of business and social media of the plastic surgeon and details about his residence for additional ad hoc personal tasks and running errands.

The ideal candidate will also be able to monitor and update posts on social media in coordination with the Social Media team, provided and upload updated content and assess performance.

The role will mostly be performed completely from a distance, in a “working from home” setting where support is provided on a day-to-day basis for a preset number of hours. The candidate will be provided a work phone to use as well as necessary software.

Further tasks include, reminding the plastic surgeon about important tasks and deadlines, liaising with patients and partners, conducting research on behalf of the plastic surgeon, screening incoming calls and maintaining a database with patient records and meeting discussions, recording and transmitting messages, and maintaining patient confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
