SF Recruitment are supporting a multi-national commercial real estate services firm during a period of transformation and change. The business in question has adapted well to a marketplace that has evolved significantly over the past 18 months.

With this in mind the organisation is seeking to appoint an experienced and qualified finance professional (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) to lead a client finance operation to best practice standards whilst delivering on key projects and mobilising new business appropriately.

You will be accountable for protecting the business from risk of financial or reputational loss through a robust and efficient controls paradigm. Ensuring that the whole of client finance operates in a high quality and consistent manner by acting independently of operations to set challenging and appropriate goals. Communicating and engaging across the entire department and wider business to promote the need for clarity of control and consistency through the provision of accurate, insightful and challenging MI.

You will have a demonstrable career history of leading and developing sizeable teams. Precedence will be given to candidates that have considerable experience of working in a client focussed professional services environment – this could be Real Estate, Legal or other consultancy firms.
