We are in hyper-growth mode right now and working very hard to support restaurant partners who need orders without giving away all their profits. Our products speak for themselves and with 20,000 restaurant partners across three continents already, our aim for 2021 is to double that to 40,000. The time for our sector is now and we are therefore looking for a Financial Controller to join our team.

The role and responsibilities:

Given the current significant growth, and plans to continue growing at pace, the company now requires an International Financial Controller, reporting to the CFO. The successful candidate will have day to day responsibility for the group finance functions but, more importantly will be required to play a key part in our international growth as we expand particularly in Australia and the USA.

As a fast growing, entrepreneurial company we have a very clear focus on the numbers and in this role you will have the opportunity to work closely with our operational teams, implementing and improving our daily, weekly and monthly reporting.

A qualified chartered accountant, you will have strong technical skills and sound management experience, ideally gained in a similar fast growing industry.

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of hands on experience (post qualification) who is a real people person and thrives on the challenges of a fast growth organisation.

Essential experience:

• Excellent reporting and technical skills

• Chartered Accountant, preferably qualified within a Top 10 CA firm

• Previous experience of working with tax advisors, auditors and stakeholders

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast paced, pressured and entrepreneurial environment

• Ability to articulate information clearly and concisely

Desirable experience:

• Previous experience within a technology company or restaurant chain

• Knowledge of working with banks and external funders

• Experience of managing international finance teams
