We want to give fresh graduates the opportunity to dive into the art of talent acquisition, teaching them the strategies and and workflows to find and attract the diverse and smart people for building a unique work culture in a fast-growing startup.

Tasks

In our Talent Acquisition Program at Ledgy, your mission will be to figure out new ways to find exciting people to work with, source exceptional candidates, and build a magic team composition that allows our company culture to thrive to new levels.

At Ledgy you will

• Learn the ins and outs of talent acquisition from day one
• Join either our tech or business recruiting team
• Get coached on a daily basis by our experienced Head of Talent and an advisor from a world-class startup VC
• Learn to build an employer brand to attract smart and diverse talent
• Conduct in-person interviews with really interesting people of different backgrounds
• Collaborate with our Head of Talent and team leads to ensure an excellent hiring experience both for the team and for the candidates
• Try to find patterns in candidate profiles to select a handful of skilled people from a large set of applicants

Requirements

You are good fit for this job if you

• A strong interest in human behaviour and psychology
• Have good listening and communication skills: able to give and receive feedback, onboard people and create positive change
• Enjoy understanding people’s characters by aggregating public information on the web
• Like trying creative new ways to reach talented people in a niche area like web data engineering or B2B account executives
• Have a growth mindset of seeing skills as something that you can learn and don’t get born with, and enjoy constantly reflecting and learning
