Duties:
– Liaise with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts
– Assist customers in identifying and purchasing required parts
– Receive and process orders for parts
– Maintain accurate inventory records
– Provide advice on parts availability and pricing
– Handle telephone inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
– Organise and maintain the parts department in a tidy and efficient manner
Requirements:
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Excellent phone etiquette
– Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers
– Organisational skills to maintain accurate inventory records
– Proficiency in Excel for inventory management
