Due to internal promotion, our Pacific Talent, Learning & Development team is seeking a passionate TLD Coordinator to join their experienced team, making a real impact in driving both learning and inclusion initiatives across Australia & New Zealand.
Here’s what you’ll achieve:
Work with our Head of Talent, Learning & Development and Learning & Development Managers, providing administrative support, program coordination, communications and driving initiatives for learning and inclusion across the Pacific region (Australia and New Zealand).
Your strong organisation skills, methodical approach, and ability to balance many deadline-driven tasks will empower you to effectively coordinate training, nominations, invitations, speakers and communications to promote learning; including newsletters, Learning calendars, organising transport, and venues for any off-site programs.
An inclusive, sociable spirit exists across our company, as such you’ll work collaboratively to build strong working relationships with teams and internal contacts, and manage the L&D Shared Services Centre (SSC) relationship, being the key point of contact for our CBRE offshore teams.
Using your thoughtful approach, flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and high level of professionalism, you’ll work closely with a variety of CBRE leaders to support the implementation of Pacific DE&I strategies, programs, and initiatives; coordinating meetings, working groups, updating communications and related content on the intranet and evolving external partner relationships.
