Greenmark Equipment Hiring for Used Equipment Valuation Specialist Job at Holland, MI Full Time

GreenMark Equipment, a John Deere Dealership with 17 locations in Michigan and Indiana, is seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong interpretive and analytical skills for the role of Used Equipment Valuation Specialist. This position will be based at our Holland store located on M-40. Responsibilities for this position would include:

• Conduct appraisals on used turf equipment, skid steers, and agricultural equipment
• Establish retail values for potential equipment trade ins
• Prepare written analysis and reports
• Research, monitor and analyze retail and wholesale market data and trends
• Develop strategies with the Used Equipment Manager

The ideal individual would have previous exposure in the equipment industry, preferably with knowledge of John Deere Equipment and sales applications, as well as familiarity with online sources of the used equipment market. Must have strong computer skills including advanced use of Excel, Word, and Power Point applications. Starting salary would correspond with knowledge of turf and ag equipment and/or the agricultural industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
