As part of the Employee Support Services team, you will act as an ambassador for our wider HR team and be responsible for providing an effective, efficient and customer focussed service to our employees. The service that you provide will cover the breadth of the employee life cycle, including but not limited to, the onboarding process, family leave, employee changes and processing leavers.
You will take responsibility for numerous HR activities including delivering outstanding customer service to our internal and external stakeholders, producing accurate work to a very high standard, query management, process improvements, maintaining employee records and assisting in the production of Management Information and people data to contribute to the wider team success, and ongoing focus on continuous improvement.
As we are a financial services organisation operating within strict regulatory guidelines, you will be committed to using applying due-diligence and attention to detail to ensure that we are compliant when conducting right to work checks, employee vetting checks and when assessing employee data changes.

Are you the right person for the job?
With a keen interest in HR, ideally you will have at least 12 months experience in providing HR administrative support and will have be familiar with the onboarding process. Good understanding of MS Excel and experience of working with management information is desirable.
With a strong customer service focus you will have experience of working at a fast pace on a variety of tasks. Strong attention to detail is required to ensure that quality and standards are not compromised and an ability to organise and prioritise are key skills in this varied and rewarding role.
Finally, you will be a confident communicator who can build successful working relationships with colleagues at all levels within the organisation and will be able to cascade information verbally and in writing with accuracy and sensitivity.
