We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support our recruiting pipeline across our rapidly growing offices. You will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of our recruiting function and ensuring a seamless, candidate-friendly hiring and onboarding process. This position will be based out of Silicon Valley or San Francisco, but will support all offices.
As a Recruiting Associate, you will:
- Assess candidate applications for desired skill sets
- Ensure timely completion of recruiting-related tasks by tracking activities in our Applicant Tracking System
- Search for high potential candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter
- Schedule interviews and onboarding activities
- Support the Recruiting Team with other operational and administrative activities
- Grow with Propeller by supporting internal initiatives to uplift our people, processes, and market presence
- Cultivate new skillsets based on your own professional development goals utilizing the learning and development budget provided by Propeller
You have:
- 1 – 3 years of applicable experience, preferably in recruiting or human resources
- Associate’s degree or higher required
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to identify quality candidates through online and in-person searches and reviewing candidate resumes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; must have strong computer skills including the ability to use Microsoft Office products and research effectively online
- History of self-motivation and initiative; the ability to work unsupervised, independently, and efficiently
- The ability to demonstrate a legal right to work in the U.S.
Compensation:
We believe in fairly and equally compensating our employees for their time and experience. We do that by offering a competitive salary, bonus eligibility, an employee stock ownership program and many other benefits. The anticipated annual compensation range (base + bonus) for this position is $60,000 to $80,000. Specific ranges will be discussed in the later stages of a candidate’s interview process.
Candidates should currently live in/near Silicon Valley or San Francisco, or plan to relocate upon hire.
