The day-to-day

• With your experience, you will deliver a first-class recruitment and onboarding experience for both Hiring Managers and candidates.
• Innovative in your approach, you will create and implement an effective end-to-end talent acquisition strategy.
• Developing solutions to attract, recruit and retain the best calibre of candidates, you understand the importance of impacting the overall business’ recruitment costs, improving ROI and reducing and ultimately eliminate agency fees.
• Arrange and conduct 1st stage interviews to qualify skills/experience and prior to arranging a 2nd stage in-depth interview.
• With your proactive way of working, you will analyse & report on staffing grids, acquisition, retention, and development figures, providing solutions where necessary.
• Supporting our HR Administrator, you will maintain regular contact with new candidates through an engaging pre-broad journey up to and including on-boarding during their first week.
• Dedicated to being the very best employer, you will analyse current market research to better understand technology trends, insights and new strategies to attract new candidates including in-depth competitor analysis and monitoring.
• With the support of the Central team, you will work together to develop digital marketing and social media to attract candidates.
• Research and attend relevant local and national jobs fairs & networking events.
• As a natural people person, you will develop strong relationships within the local community, the care sector and with colleges/universities.

Your experience & qualifications

• An experienced talent acquisition or recruitment specialist.
• Self-motivated, to proactively develop an innovative and engaging talent strategy with a confident & approachable style.
• A natural people person, who can build strong relationships within our Majesticare family and external stakeholders.
• You’ll have a passion for delivering a great candidate experience and a natural curiosity for fresh ideas.
• Sound financial & analytical skills, with a dedication to deliver business objectives.
• With excellent attention to detail, you will be successful in managing multiple projects in a timely manner.
• Location can be home-based with regular travel to our Head Office in Heanor, Derbyshire, and across our portfolio as and when required.
