AccorHotels Hiring for Talent and Culture Services Coordinator (Part-Time) Job at Surfers Paradise Full Time

Accor are looking for a part-time Talent & Culture Services Coordinator to join our team in our Surfers Paradise Corporate Office on a fixed-term basis until the end of the year. This opportunity would suit anyone looking to work 3 days per week, and at times could even increase to 5 as required!

You will be working in our centralised Talent Services team, which is the engine that drives all Talent and Culture functions within our business, supporting our Talent & Culture team and our 5000+ team members across Australia and New Zealand.

In this fast-paced position, you will be responsible for:

• Positing all of our job adverts,
• Issuing contracts to our team members,
• Assisting our managers in the recruitment process,
• Running the reward and recognition program, such as issuing milestone certificates, ordering our team member benefit cards, issuing our team member of the month certificates etc.
• Ensuring team members have adequate work rights
• Answering our team members general hr questions, via email and online chat
• Assisting in project work
• Assigning training through our learning management system
• General administration, such as uploading documents into our HRIS system

This is a fast paced roll, that has amazing systems in place to ensure we have the tools to excel at our jobs, and for that we require someone who:

• Has previous Human Resource Experience, or a strong desire to get into HR
• Has intermediate to advanced Microsoft skills,
• Outstanding organisation skills and strong attention to detail
• An ability to work independently, with initiative, sound judgment, attention to detail and be able to deliver high quality results;
