Finance Manager

Dinex US is looking for Finance Manager who will oversee and will be overall responsible for all financial, accounting, taxation and economic activities including some shared services like IT and legal. Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide development and structure to the local finance organization.
• Lead, develop, and motivate a team reporting directly to the Finance Manager. Assist with practices for hiring, performance management, motivation, and developing/training the Finance and IT organization when necessary.
• Ability to succeed in a global matrix organization and achieve sustainable goals.
• Management and development of IT and Finance including accounting, controlling, forecasting, and bookkeeping to ensure a competent and proactive organizational behavior.
• Trim internal Finance and IT processes and facilitate development of best practices to ensure effective and efficient operations.
• Control, coordinate and develop execution of forecasts, KPIs, and proactively follow-up on deviations together with both local and division management team.
• Joint P&L responsibility together with the legal entity General Manager for our OEM & AEM business.
• Participate actively in M&A activities and due diligence processes as well as participate with integration of acquired companies, create funding proposals, and various agreements with financial partners.
• Create local annual reporting and ensure integrity in budget development, budget follow-up, and presentation of accounts to local management team, Division Finance Director and Group Finance.
• Implement and maintain a local reporting structure in compliance with Dinex Group Standards.
• Implement models and procedures to identify commercial and financial risks.
• Engage proactively in dialogue with the stakeholders and optimize the financial resources to ensure a sound management of the organization’s capital.
• Active cash management approach and a continued focus to find solutions and optimize current local funding structure.
• Secure local tax compliance.
• Participate and engage in global strategic projects and provide the project team with an overview and status on the projects in a quick and efficient way.

Qualifications

• Education: relevant master level education like MSc. in Business Economics and Auditing, MSc. in Economics, or Certified public accountant.
• Experience with M&A, valuation methods, business controlling, risk management, forecasting and simulations, and focus on effective and cost-effective operations.
• Preferably 5-8 years in a similar position within economics and finance in an international environment.
• Interest and understanding of HR and IT.
• Project management and knowledge is an advantage.
• Up to date with accounting conventions and experience with presentation of accounts and financial reporting. Knowledge about the IFRS is an advantage, but not a requirement.

• Language skills: Fluency in English both oral & in writing.
• Experience with travelling.

Success Criteria

1. Achieve NWC target and ensure free cash flow.

2. Controlled annual budget process, and precise and reliable data to management team. Effective and reliable forecasting and reporting processes.

3. Active and competent finance organization that apply financial management tools and systems in the right way and proactively addresses risks, deviations, etc. with action-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
