The role

At GrowthPlug, we help healthcare practices grow and modernize. GrowthPlug provides an innovative patient acquisition and retention platform for hundreds of healthcare practices.

In this Talent Acquisition Lead role, you will build a world class team by sourcing, interviewing and hiring top talent. You will play a pivotal role in onboarding the best at GrowthPlug.

Responsibilities

• Identify top sources of candidates, conduct pre-screening, coordinate interviews and do hiring assessments
• Build long term partnerships with leading colleges and universities to form a strong talent pipeline
• Serve as a liaison with recruiting agencies and establish processes to optimize the recruiting lifecycle
• Act as our brand ambassador by championing our culture, mission and values on a regular basis
• Establish performance appraisal process to build a culture of merit, recognition and growth
• Organize recruitment events and collaborate cross functionally to deliver a stellar candidate experience
• Establish an effective talent acquisition strategy to build a world class team

Skills

• Experience in college recruitment and experienced hiring
• Ability to take initiative and prioritize multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks such as LinkedIn, Handshake etc.
• Passionate about hiring and onboarding new team members at a fast growing startup
• Demonstrated computer skills utilizing Google Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Excellent written, communication and presentation skills

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
