We are looking for enthusiastic Airport Ground Staff to join our team in Patna, India. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about customer service.
The primary responsibilities include assisting passengers with check-in procedures, helping them board flights, and ensuring the safe handling of luggage. You will also provide information about flight schedules and airport services.
Key responsibilities:
1. **Check-In Assistance**: You will help passengers during the check-in process by verifying their documents, issuing boarding passes, and checking in baggage.
2. **Passenger Support**: Assisting passengers with queries regarding flights, schedules, and services available at the airport, ensuring they have a smooth travel experience.
3. **Boarding Procedures**: You will ensure that passengers board the aircraft orderly and monitor the boarding process for any irregularities.
4. **Luggage Handling**: Responsible for ensuring the proper handling, loading, and unloading of luggage to guarantee that it reaches the correct destination.
5. **Safety Protocols**: Adhere to all safety measures and regulations to ensure the security of passengers and their belongings.
Required skills and expectations include a high school diploma or equivalent, good communication skills in English and Hindi, and a friendly demeanor. Attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and a team-oriented attitude are essential traits for success in this role. Prior experience is not necessary; however, a willingness to learn and adapt is highly valued.
