This is a permanent role that will be based from either our London or Sheffield offices.

About the team:
The role will join the EMEA Talent Acquisition (TA) team, which consists of 5 dedicated professionals working across Fragomen’s 13 offices in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. We all work closely together in a dynamic and engaging way to support the firm across all its recruitment needs.
The role will report into the London based Senior TA Manager (EMEA) and will also work closely with HR & TA colleagues across the EMEA region.
About the role:
This role is a fantastic opportunity to help lead the delivery and management of high level recruitment services for an international firm. The position will focus initially on supporting the UK firm; however over time there will be the opportunity to widen the scope across the wider European and MEA offices as the role develops.
You will focus on the day-to-day operational management and supervision of the UK recruitment operations, ensuring that the TA team working across our London and Sheffield offices are fully equipped to be able to support the firm effectively.
Importantly, you will also be required to be hands-on with the souring and successful identification and hiring of candidates across a variety of roles – mainly UK but across EMEA as required. This will involve pro-active engagement with hiring managers to fully understand their needs and how best to recruit in what is a fast moving and complex market.
You will also work closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (EMEA) to help design and deliver on broader recruitment strategy for the UK, actively contributing ideas and taking the lead on the delivery of projects.

About you:
To be successful in this role you will have a background working in a Recruitment management capacity, although we may also consider those looking to take a step up with extensive experience in a more junior role. This experience will have ideally been gained in a legal or professional services environment.
You will be comfortable and experienced in engaging with senior stakeholder, with the proven ability to build trust and strong working relationships. As well as this you will need to have excellent organisation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Our London office has over 230 people working collaboratively and creating a dynamic, positive environment. The office itself is based in the heart of the City, within a short walk of key landmarks and well served by tube and train stations.
The Sheffield office is based in the city centre with the added bonus of free on-site parking, as well as several public transport links close by. The office has 190 people with fluency in over 20 different languages.
As the UK moves out of lockdown and Fragomen moves out of a fully working from home model, a willingness to attend the office will be required. The firm is however transitioning towards a flexible working approach, that incorporates in-person attendance with remote working – our aim being to fully leverage our remote working technology and provide a balance for our people in the way that they work.
