The Opportunity
As the Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will be entrusted with developing, communicating and implementing high-level strategic talent management. A role for an experienced and passionate recruitment expert, you will lead a high-performing team of Talent Specialists and act as the key point of contact for senior hiring managers, delegating work and providing the final point of escalation for complex and sensitive operational talent queries.
You understand that reliable data and reporting are the keys to unlocking meaningful insights, identifying areas for improvement and influencing stakeholders to work with you, not against you. As an active part of the Talent leadership group, you will be accountable for the design and implementation of reports and dashboards to track team KPIs and bring stakeholders along on your journey. Most importantly, you will act as the key interface between Talent and senior leadership, building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships to deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
About you

You’re a big-picture thinker, always keeping your finger on the pulse of the latest developments in process and technology and looking for ways to innovate better ways of working. At the same time, you are a calm and logical project manager who can be relied on to deliver realistic solutions and results. It’s also vital that you have the determination, resilience and stamina to overcome the unique challenges presented in our large and complex work environment.

Salary: TfNSW Grade 9 ($135,898 – $152,204)Plus Super and Leave loading
