Here’s what you’ll achieve;
This newly created position is to support the ongoing growth within our Pacific Region. As Associate Director, Finance for Pacific Region you will create a trusted partnership between finance and the Executive Committee primarily around remuneration. In this strategic & influential role, you will report to the Chief Financial Officer, and partner with Pacific Leaders, COO, CEO and Operations to influence decision making by identifying appropriate remuneration packages, ensuring remuneration packages support the growth of the business.
This is a career defining role and opportunity to leverage your CA/CPA or CIMA qualifications and significant finance, operations and accounting experience in a similar role operating within a large, fast-paced environment to make a real impact.
With your thoughtful approach, creative problem solving, high level of professionalism and confidentially, you will help shape strategies and decisions, developing business cases, preparing detailed financial models to support, collaborate with the Finance team to communicate changes and new arrangements to ensure correct accounting/forecasting/budgeting/reporting.
