  • Sales tax. Check sales tax report to make sure LA customers are taxed if they are not exempt. Pay sales tax online, enter payments in system and file in Sales Tax cabinet.
  • Payroll. Check Time clock software, export to system and prepare to be sent for processing.
  • Check Chase online for wire payments. Enter payments in system and deposit in correct account. Alert order processing to any invoices that need to go out once paid. Reconcile credit card statments.
  • Audit accounting processes for timeliness, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Backup and support for all general accounting functions.
  • Assist in supervision of accounting function.
