The Body Shop Hiring for IT Strategy & Finance Lead at London Full Time

• Acting as Finance subject matter expert for the IT team; providing guidance on business cases and benefits tracking, working closely with TBS Finance team
• Reviewing new business proposals and providing specialist advice on finance and benefits tracking issues
• Overseeing delivery of IT Cost Transparency budget, forecast and monthly variance analysis
• Supporting wider IT functions to align work to appropriate resources across the team to ensure work is completed in the most efficient and impactful way
• Creating and maintaining the strategic plan and roadmap for the IT function against business objectives, ensuring it is aligned with innovation and performance improvements and the wider IT functions are aware of their responsibilities within the plan.
• Ensure the strategic plan and roadmap aligns to the business OKR’s, 3 year plans and budgets/forecast.

What we look for

Required

• Experience in financial reporting, financial planning, strategic planning and/or annual budgeting
• Consultancy/ Accountancy / Budget experience and /or qualification
• Experience with IT disciplines e.g. cloud, networks, SAP, etc. and an understanding of software acquisition, maintenance, support models and use of outsourcing partners
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver projects within budget
• Foster a ‘best idea wins’ culture, where team members are encouraged to focus on outcomes
