The Trust is ambitious in its plans to deliver outstanding care and as a people organisation, is looking for a HR Business Partner to deliver high-impact HR and proactively support our management teams. Working as part of a bespoke team dedicated to HR delivery, you will be supporting the Corporate Division comprising of the Chief Executive Office, the Chief Operating Office, People and OD Directorate, Finance and Digital Directorate, Director of Nursing and the Medical Director. As this role does not cover the medical staffing workforce, this provides an ideal opportunity to support an applicant transitioning into the NHS.
Working at a business partnering level, alongside Management Teams, this is a pivotal role in supporting the development and delivery of business plans, workforce redesign, engagement strategies and major change initiatives to meet the challenges we face. Providing coaching and mentoring to senior leaders and able to advise and guide on complex employment matters. This is a great opportunity for a talented HR professional to work in a true business partner role.
Not only will you be joining a team with a clear focus and passion for change; you’ll also be working with senior leaders and managers who recognise that the people agenda is transforming and need your help to shape it.
