As a Service Advisor at Kingston Kia, your number one focus will be customer service. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, while providing the best customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Recommend and sell maintenance and repair services to customers
• Open repair orders based on appointment information and any additional information provided by the customer during check-in
• Follow up on any unsold work
• Write service work order and close orders
• Act as product advisor related to automotive needs & requirements of customer’s vehicle
• Greeting customers in a friendly courteous manner both in person and on the phone
• Keep the customer informed on diagnosis of problems and cost of repair(s)
• Knowledge of and skill in selling maintenance programs
• Monitor repair work to make sure vehicles are ready on time and inform customer of any delays
• Liaise with technicians to ensure proper work flow
• Maintain and develop an excellent customer experience and relationships
• Perform other tasks, based on management requirements and instructions

Requirements:

• MUST have 1+ years of service advisor/ dealership experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft office and outlook is an asset
• Must have flexible hours (including the ability to work on Saturdays)
• Must be organized and able to multi-task in a fast paced and demanding environment
• Able to provide excellent customer service
• Work boots required for position

• 8 hour shift
