An amazing opportunity for a Talent Specialist to join an exciting global Creative Digital agency.

Working as part of the HR team, you’ll own and manage end-to-end recruitment across the agency. You’ll be responsible for a fast and efficient recruitment operation, and will be expected to maintain (and develop where appropriate) innovative approaches to talent acquisition. Working closely with key stakeholders, from hiring managers to external networks, you will provide an engaging, inclusive recruitment and selection process which delivers talent & capability in line with agreed organisation needs, providing a first in class candidate experience.

• Develop relationships with business heads and line managers, proactively managing their expectations throughout the recruitment process.
• Drive and manage direct recruitment activity including; internal referrals, advertising, social media & networking etc.
• Collaborate with the Head of HR in the promotion and education to business leaders and hiring managers of recruitment from a strategic, process and best practice standpoint
• Proactively develop a pipeline of talent
• Maintain and review Preferred Suppliers List of recruitment agencies with the aim of significantly reducing reliance on agencies whilst maintaining strong relationships and proactively managing the partnership
• Review CVs, telephone screening, carrying out initial interviews (where necessary) as well as shortlisting candidates for interview with the business.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to all candidates
• Ensure all recruitment activity is accurately maintained and recorded, enabling reports to be generated and data to be readily available for when the HRD or Management Team require it.

• Set and work within agreed KPIs e.g. cost per hire, time to hire etc. monthly reporting and analysis of recruitment activity.
• Continuously demonstrate a broad understanding of the recruitment market and trends, proactively making recommendations to improve systems and processes, and implement where appropriate.
• Be the driver for change in finding and hiring diverse talent

• Support the business and HR with IR35 transition. Support hiring managers with freelance recruitment process upon implementation of IR35
