Accounts Receivable/Payable Clerk Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all aspects of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Analyze transaction information to identify refunds, delinquent accounts and insufficient payments.
  • Prepare and disburse invoices to customers as needed.
  • Review and prepare invoices and pay monthly as needed.
  • Flag and clarify any unsual invoices or amounts on invoices.
  • Resolve issues with delinquent accounts through contacting and working with the customer.
  • Reconcile transactions with statements.
  • Maintain accurate financial record of all receivable transactions, verifications, etc.
  • Send reports, cash flow and other financial documents as requested by clients.
  • Collaborate with the fellow team members and supervisors to maintain company financial health.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 per hour
