Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Female Personal Assistant to support daily operations and ensure smooth organizational flow in our office located in Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. This role is suitable for candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience and who have completed their 12th grade.
Key Responsibilities:
– **Administrative Support**: Assist in managing the daily schedules, appointments, and tasks for the senior management, ensuring efficiency and organization.
– **Communication**: Handle phone calls, emails, and messages, responding to queries and directing them to the relevant departments or individuals as needed.
– **Document Management**: Organize and maintain files, records, and documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
– **Meeting Coordination**: Schedule and prepare for meetings, including taking notes, distributing agendas, and following up on action items.
– **Travel Arrangements**: Plan and organize travel itineraries for the management, including booking transportation and accommodations.
Required Skills and Expectations:
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational abilities. Comfort with using computers and office software is essential. The candidate should be proactive, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and maintain confidentiality at all times. A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team are also important aspects to thrive in this role.
