Key Responsibilities:

– **Document Management**: Organize and maintain files, records, and documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
– **Meeting Coordination**: Schedule and prepare for meetings, including taking notes, distributing agendas, and following up on action items.
– **Travel Arrangements**: Plan and organize travel itineraries for the management, including booking transportation and accommodations.
