About The Position
This is an Outpatient Nurse Manager leadership role overseeing clinic operations, staff development, and vaccine coordination within a mission-driven community health environment. Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license REQUIRED
- Minimum 1-2 years leadership experience in primary care REQUIRED
- BLS certification REQUIRED
- Experience with EMR systems and patient flow management REQUIRED
- Strong staff training and leadership skills REQUIRED
- Collaborative leadership approach REQUIRED

- Bilingual Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole skills welcomed but not required
Responsibilities
