About The Position
This is an outpatient Primary Care RN leadership role supporting nursing operations, patient care coordination, and staff development within a mission-driven community health environment. The position offers leadership oversight across primary care and lab services, with the opportunity to guide RNs and Medical Assistants while helping improve patient access and clinical workflows. It is primarily an operational leadership role with occasional hands-on clinical responsibilities in a collaborative environment supporting health equity and community-focused care delivery.
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license REQUIRED
- Minimum 1-2 years nursing leadership or supervisory experience REQUIRED
- BLS certification REQUIRED
- EMR proficiency REQUIRED
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills REQUIRED
Nice To Haves
- Community health or primary care experience preferred
- Bilingual Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole skills welcomed but not required
Responsibilities
- Lead and support outpatient nursing operations across two clinic sites
- Supervise and mentor RNs and Medical Assistants
- Coordinate patient care workflows and support operational efficiency
- Support staff development and team performance initiatives
- Collaborate within interdisciplinary primary care environment
- Provide occasional direct patient care support as needed
