About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in Lynn, Massachusetts. This PACE Registered Nurse role supports older adults across outpatient and community-based care settings. The position offers the opportunity to provide direct nursing care, complete assessments, and develop individualized care plans promoting patient independence. It involves a blend of clinic-based and home/community-focused nursing responsibilities within a collaborative interdisciplinary care model that emphasizes nursing autonomy. Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license REQUIRED
- Minimum 2 years recent RN experience REQUIRED
- Comfortable working in both clinic and community/home settings REQUIRED
- Strong assessment and care planning skills REQUIRED
- Team-based care approach REQUIRED
Nice To Haves
- Primary care or geriatrics experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to geriatric patient population
