• Experience: 1-2 Years
• Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
• Shift: US Shifts/ night Shifts (06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST)
• Work From Office 5 Days is mandatory
• Week Offs: Rotational Offs
• Job Level: 2A
• Designation: Senior Process Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide subject matter support for complex issues
• Address require training needs for filling knowledge gaps
• Do complex reporting
• At least 2 years of relevant experience with at least 1 year of experience in a BPO environment
• Strong voice communication capabilities, both verbal and written, ability to understand customers needs and accurately verify their information
• PC proficient, comfortable, and familiar with using Microsoft products (Teams, Outlook) and ability to quickly get up to speed on other screens/systems
• Strong Verbal/Written Skills, communication with customers
• Attention to detail, listening skills
