Role Description
Sivummut Solutions is excited to announce a new opportunity for a dynamic and forward-thinking Human Resources Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This role focuses on supporting the staffing and recruitment needs of our clients across Nunavut, including government departments, Inuit organizations, municipalities, and other partners. As a key consultant, you will lead full-cycle recruitment and staffing initiatives while helping clients strengthen their teams through strategic, people-centered recruitment solutions.
This role goes beyond traditional recruitment administration. You will develop targeted recruitment strategies, guide client managers through staffing and selection processes, and provide strategic advice on workforce planning, recruitment challenges, and HR best practices. Working closely with senior leadership, project teams, and stakeholders, you will help shape effective and culturally respectful hiring approaches that support the unique needs of Nunavut communities and organizations.
